2. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available yet, but we hope to expand in the future.

 

3. I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing and preparation before your order ships.

 

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, tracking is provided for every order.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you and made available for viewing.

Please note that items may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on availability, as we carefully source quality products at accessible prices.

 

5. Which shipping carriers do you use?

We typically ship orders via USPS or Amazon’s delivery services, depending on your location and order details.

 

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you can track the latest delivery updates using your tracking number on the carrier’s website.

 

7. How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.

If your order has already shipped, please email us at care@horimotehome.com with the subject line “CANCEL”, and our team will assist you with the next steps.

 

8. How can I change my shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect address due to a typo or auto-fill error, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can:

  • Reply directly to your order confirmation email with the correct address, or

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we may be unable to update the address.
